What to put in your go-bag
One option to assist with the resupply and armoring up is to have a "go-bag." In that bag/back pack you can have additional ammunition and trauma supplies in case you go down and aid isn't readily available to you. Also in that go-bag are your helmet and raid vest, if authorized. You could have at least one panel of armor in the bag as added protection. The go-bag is also good in case of a stand off, because the bag will have food and water, as well as wet weather gear (light of course). The bag is the size of what kids take to school, or what the Army National Guard issues to enlistees, so it is very manageable. What you have in your go bag is really up to what your agency allows — and what you think you'd need in a worst-case scenario.
